On Thursday 3 May, Steam Dreams Rail Co will be bringing the romance of steam travel to Salisbury for a stunning trip through the Wylye Valley to the beautiful city of Bath or maritime Bristol.
Hauled by 60009 Union of South Africa, sister engine to the famous Mallard, the train will arrive in Salisbury at approximately 12:05 and return at 19:00 hours giving passengers the opportunity to enjoy the Abbey and city centre in Bath or carry on their journey steam hauled to Bristol.
Tickets are available in up to four classes, ranging from £69 per person in Premium Standard through to the top class of Pullman Style Dining at £199 per person.
Passengers travelling in Pullman Style will enjoy a champagne brunch on the outward journey and a two course dinner on the return making this a day to remember.
