Friday 16th Nov – Sunday 9th Dec (Friday to Sunday only) then daily from Friday 14th Dec – Monday 7th Jan (excl. Christmas Day) at Longleat – Ice rink, Santa Train, reindeer, Owls by Moonlight and an eleven-metre-tall Christmas tree with more than 600 baubles and 180 metres of lights
22nd November in Salisbury – Christmas light switch and fireworks. Events starts at 6pm and features entertainment from X Factor stars District3
23rd November in Trowbridge – Lights switch on at 6.30pm. Special guest: Olympian Francesca Fox
23rd November in Chippenham – Light switch on at 6pm. Fireworks at Monkton Park at 8pm
27th November in Bradford-on-Avon – Light switch on 6pm. Ed McKeever revealing plaque on bridge re-named after him at 6.45pm.
29th November in Salisbury – Lantern Parade and first ever Christmas Market featuring 55 festive huts. Lantern Parade starts 6pm at Leaden Hall School and arrives at Market square at 6.50pm.
29th November in Marlborough – Light switch on market. Lights on at 7pm
30th November in Salisbury – From Darkness to Light advent procession at Salisbury Cathedral. Doors open 6pm.
30th November in Devizes – Lantern festival 2pm – 8.30pm
1st December in Tisbury – The Anonymous travelling (Christmas) Market 3pm-7pm
1st – 22nd December in Trowbridge – Dickensian Christmas Experience
4th-9th December in Salisbury – Christmas Tree Festival at St Thomas’ Church. 10am – 6pm Mon – Sat, 1pm-6pm Sun.
5th December in Swindon – Light switch on from 5pm with X Factor star Jahmene Douglas, Wharf Green. (Postponed from 22nd November)
7th December in Royal Wootton Bassett – Lights will be switched on in the High Street from 6pm
7th December in Corsham – Lights switch on. Event 5.15pm – 7pm, with the lights on at 6pm
7th-9th and 14th-15th December in Westbury – Christmas Tree Festival at All Saints Church
13th – 23rd December in Devizes – Christmas Tree Festival at St Andrew’s Church. Closed Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th December
15th December in Chippenham – Victorian Fair in the Market Place. Lantern Parade at 5pm
21st December at Stonehenge – Winter Solstice. 7.30am site opens, 8.10am sunrise, 9am site closes. There will also be the 2nd Historic Stonehenge – Amesbury Lantern Procession along the original “Avenue” – times to be confirmed
